VOLUNTEER WITH US

Volunteering is at the heart of everything we do

Whether you’re here to get your hands in the soil, meet new people, learn new skills, or simply spend time outdoors, there’s a place for you on the farm.

WHY VOLUNTEER?

● Spend time outdoors and connect with nature

● Meet new people and be part of a community

● Learn about growing food and regenerative farming

● Improve wellbeing through physical activity

● Support local food production

Individual Volunteering

Our volunteers are the backbone of the farm. Join us during the week to help with sowing, planting, harvesting, weeding and general farm jobs. Come along to a New Volunteer Walkaround, see the farm and find out how you can get involved.

Corporate Volunteering

Looking for a meaningful team day out or working towards your CSR goals? Corporate team days are a great way to get your team outdoors, work together on something new while supporting local food production.

Social Saturdays

Once a month we come together for a relaxed Saturday with delicious cakes, homemade lunch and plenty activities. Perfect if you can’t make weekdays or just want to connect with the community.

DofE and Work Experience

We welcome young people completing their Duke of Edinburgh Award and Work Experience. It’s a great opportunity to build confidence, learn practical land skills and contribute to a local vegetable farm.

School Groups

We love welcoming school groups to the farm. Visits are hands-on, educational and fun — giving our youngest generation a chance to connect with food, farming and nature. Send us an email to arrange a visit.

Supported Adults

We offer inclusive volunteering opportunities for supported adults. The sessions are designed to be welcoming, flexible and designed to help everyone take part at their own pace. Fill out the sign up form or send an email for more information.
